De passage à vannes pendants les fêtes de fin d’année en 2019, j’ai été agréablement surpris par cette boulangerie. Le pain est excellent et leur pâtisserie délicieuses. Je n’ai rien à dire sur l’accueil sinon que j’ai été bien accueilli. J’y reviendrai avec un grand plaisir. Merci beaucoup. Atman

boulangerie au top, petit détour en attendant que notre amie passe aux urgences de Vannes, plein de choix dès 6h30, pains aux chocolats chauds un délice, vendeuses très sympathiques dès le matin, nous repasserons aux prochains accidents!!

Super boulangerie après avoir été au urgence avec Fabienne elle c’était fait une égratignure au postérieur, elle va bien désormais Servie sympa et tout et bon, j’ai tout goûter 😉 Bonne journée

Leur pain bûcheron est fantastique ! Et pas que...pensez à réserver ! facile de s'y stationner en plus ! Fermée le mercredi, comme beaucoup de boulangeries vannetaises d'ailleurs.

En vacances à Vannes, ville fortifié très jolie entre parenthèse. Nous avons eu la chance de découvrir cette boulangerie. Le pain est excellent et l'accueil agréable. Je recommande fortement.

Je m'explique :
Comme chaque jour, en tant que bon français, de bonne humeur et de bon matin, je pars acheter mon pain en compagnie de mon Coq “Francis”.
N'étant pas du coin, je vais dans cette boulangerie un peu au fil du vent et à l'orientation de la crête de Francis pour qu'il n'attrape pas froid et ne ponde pas de….. Bref cela n'est pas le sujet.
Avant même d'avoir attaché mon coq à l'entrée de la boulangerie, la bonne odeur de baguette fraiche me fait immédiatement frissonner mes poils de nez !!!
Arrivé à l'intérieur, de mon ouïe fine, j'entends immédiatement le boulanger pétrir sa pâte à pain. Je l'observe du coin de l'œil, il le fait avec amour, aucun doute, un professionnel passionné de son métier.
Un peu compliqué je demande si le pain a bien était cuit a 250°C . On m'assure que oui.
“Hum hum.. C'est pas au vieux singe qu'on apprend à faire des grimaces…”
Je reste méfiant.
Je me presse donc de rentrer chez moi, et de tremper mon pain dans mon bol de café.
Ma Doue benniget !! Un pur délice, à la fois tendre et croustillant..
Je me demande quel est votre secret (?).

très bonne boulangerie tout fais maison. j'ai pris un sandwich jambon de pays avec toile de savoir hummm un regale, puis une beignet à la confiture de framboise. vraiment je conseille cette boulangerie. rapport qualité prix très bien
